How Long will my order take to arrive? 

Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post and take 5-7 business days. Regional/remote areas please allow additional time.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow at least:

NZ: 5-7 business days

USA: 5-7 business days

UK + Europe: 5-7 business days

Asia Pacific: 5-7 business days

When/Where are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia every day excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Please place your order before 12noon AEST to ensure same day shipping

All Grasp Luxe bags are handmade in Italy.
